In the Group A, Egypt with two goals of Salah and Marmoush beat Ethiopia and is leader of the ranking with 19 points in 7 games. Burkina Faso (5-0 in Djibouti) is second with 14 points.
In the Group B, DR Congo (4-1 against South Sudan) leads with 16 points in 7 games. Senegal (15 points after the win against Sudan)
In the Group C, South Africa won in Lesotho and is leader with 16 points after 7 games before Benin (11 points after the 1-0 in Zimbabwe).
In the Group D, Cape Verde won in Mauricius and leads with 16 points in 7 games. Cameroon has now 15 points due to the success against Eswatini.
In the Group E, Morocco is the only team in Africa to have won all his games (6 matches, 18 points). The best scoring team in Africa (19 goals). Tanzania is second with 11 points after a draw against Congo.
