Longest runs of converted penalties in XXI century
As we have reported yesterday, Harry Kane (picture) set the new record of XXI century for the run of successful penalty attempts in top level games for clubs and country.
He scored 31 consecutive penalties between March 2023 and August 2025 breaking his streak in a Cup game for Bayern against Wehen (3-2).
Before Kane, the century’s record was jointly held by Cristiano Ronaldo, Santi Cazorla and Romelu Lukaku; each of them achieved a run of 26 converted penalties.
