Wales – Netherlands 0-3


-       Netherlands with a great Danielle Van de Donk won the first match of the final stage with 3 goals.

-       Netherlands won already the Euro 2017 with Lieke Martens, crowned World’s Best playmaker by IFFHS.

-       Wales is the lowest ranked in the final stage and play their first Euro final stage in the History.

-       Netherlands won now all 7 games against Wales, but since july 2017, they were never opposed.

-       Wales captain Jess Fishlock (162 international caps, 47 goals) is the great Legend in the country could not change the game, Netherlands were too strong.

-       Vivianne Miedema reached the mark 100 goals with her goal, the first of Netherlands. Miedema scored 100 goals now in 126 international games.



France – England 2-1


-       France won their opening game , beating holders England 2-1 after a spectacular match.

-       France was the first team in History to win all games of the Nations League Group stage !

-       After 8 successive knock out eliminations in Euros and World Cups, France dreams to win the Euro !

-       With their 7-0 against Jamaica, itw as the biggest win England’s since 3 years.

-       France has never lost in an opening group game in the last 5 Euros. And itw as also in 2025 !

-       Grace Geyoro and Alex Greenwood celebrated their 100th international cap respectively with France and England.
