Yamal, youngest to reach 100 games with Barcelona
Lamine Yamal has played on 30 April (vs Inter 3-3) his 100th official match for Barcelona. He did it at the age of just 17 years 291 days.
In the entire previous history of the club, there has not been a single player who has reached this number before reaching even the age of 19. For example, Messi achieved it being almost 3 (!) years older.
The record belonged to Gavi: 19 years 29 days. Yamal beat it with a huge advantage.
To reach 100 games, Yamal took 2 years and 1 day (he debutted for Barcelona on 29 April 2023).
In his first hundred, he scored 22 goals (to compare, Messi had 41 goals in his first 100 games).
