Al Hilal seal new world record!
Longest series in club world football in various categories

Al Hilal managed to set a new world record for the longest winning streak in all competitions. This event took place yesterday as a result of their victory over Al Khaleej (4-1), which was their 32nd in a row.
Thus, Al Hilal beat the previous record of Belfast Celtic that stood as long as 76 years.
In this regard, we compile here a selection of world records regarding winning (W) and unbeaten (U) streaks in various club categories.
By the way, Al-Hilal may try to set another record – for the longest winning streak in the national championship, also very old one, shared by Ferencváros and Nacional. Both clubs managed to win 32 league games in a row, respectively, in the championships of Hungary (1931-32) and Uruguay (1940-42).
Al-Hilal are currently on a streak of 20 league victories in a row.
