-       Spain won the first UEFA Nations League, beating France before 32 657 spectators in Sevilla (Record) after a great demonstration.

-       It was only the second final of a Major Tournament for Spain after the World Cup final 2023 in Australia.

-       Spain became so the first team in HISTORY to win the World Cup and the Nations League in the same season !

-       After 13 games (10 defeats, 3 draws), Spain beat for the first time in History the French National Team.

-       Spain won 6 of their 7 Nations League games, scoring 25 goals (record).

-       Aitana Bonmati was again claimed as The Player of the Match like at the World Cup and the UEFA Champions League. She scored her goal number 23 with the National Team.

-       France earned their first Final participation in a major tournament in the History. 15 of the 24 players coached by Hervé Renard won already a World Cup or an Euro in the youth category.

-       Vicki Lopez has now two caps with the senior Spanish National Team. At 17, she earned the international cap number 1 in the semi final against Netherlands and her second in the final against France.

-       The last game between Spain and France was held in Clermont in 2019, France was the winner with two goals of Le Sommer and Delphine Cascarino, both in the France team in 2024.
