Mabkhout joins “Club 100+ international goals” 

Ali Mabkhout became 28th player in the world football history to reach 100 international goals. His milestone goal came in the World Cup qualifier for UAE vs Bahrain (2-0) on 21 November.
Mabkhout’s amount consists of 84 goals for the national team (NT) and 16 in the major international club competitions (ICC), all for the same club (Al Jazira). 
Mabkhout is the 3rd Asian player (after Ali Daei and Sunil Chhetri) and the 2nd Arab player (after Mohamed Salah) to enter the “Club 100+”.
Now we update the all-time ranking for international goal-scorers, led sovereign by Cristiano Ronaldo with 284 goals. 
Active players are highlighted in bold.
In the case of equal total goals, the player with more NT goals is placed higher.
Thomas Müller (98 goals) and Olivier Giroud (97) are closest among active players to become the next members of the “Club 100+”.
