Arsenal vs Bayern 3-1

*Bayern suffered the first defeat in all competitions this season. 

*Arsenal remain the only team to win all their games in the Champions League this season. 

*The Gunners won their first 5 matches in a Champions League season for the first time since 2005-06, when they reached their only final in the competition so far. 

*Arsenal broke their negative run against Bayern that won 4 and drew 1 of last 5 matches in this rivalry (with cumulative goal difference 18-5).

*Arsenal conceded their first home goal in the Champions League group/league stage under Mikel Arteta.

*Gabriel Martinelli has now scored in 50 games across all competitions for Arsenal without having lost a single one of them.

Liverpool vs PSV Eindhoven 1-4

*It's the biggest win ever for a Dutch club on English soil in the history of European competitions.

*PSV is the first Dutch club to score 3+ goals against Liverpool at Anfield in an official match.

*PSV are the second team to ever score 4+ goals against Liverpool at Anfield in European competitions, after Real Madrid in February 2023 (away win 5-2).

*Liverpool have lost 9 of their last 12 games across all competitions: their most defeats over a 12-game spell since November 1953 to January 1954 (also 9). 

*Liverpool have conceded 3+ goals in 3 consecutive games in all competitions (including 0-3 vs Manchester City and 0-3 vs Nottingham Forest) for the first time since September 1992.

*Liverpool have lost 3 consecutive games in all competitions by a margin of 3+ goals for the first time since December 1953.

*Arne Slot has now lost to PSV for the 5th time: the most defeats he’s suffered against any opposition in his coaching career. 

*PSV's Ivan Perisic is the third-oldest player (aged 36 years 297 days) to score a penalty in the Champions League (excluding shootouts), after Sergio Ramos (37-257) and Luka Modric (37-054).

*It is just the 2nd penalty goal ever scored by an away team at Anfield in the Champions League, after the one of Roma’s Diego Perotti in 2018.

*Couhaib Driouech is just the second PSV player ever to score twice as a substitute in the same European Cup/Champions League game, after Nick Deacy against Linfield in October 1975. 

Atlético Madrid vs Inter 2-1

*It is the 6th consecutive victory of Atlético across all competitions.

*Julián Álvarez has scored his 10th goal in 14th UCL appearances with Atletico, becoming their only 3rd player to reach double figures in goals in the competition, after Antoine Griezmann (39) and Saúl Ñíguez (11). 
Considering also the European Cup era (1955-1991), only Luis Aragones has reached 10 goals in the competition for “Colchoneros” faster (in 8 games). 

*José Giménez became the new Atlético’s highest scoring defender (5 goals) in the European Cup/Champions League, surpassing Diego Godín (4).

Olympiacos vs Real Madrid 3-4

*For the first time in Champions League history, 3 Spanish clubs have conceded 3+ goals in a single group stage match-day (Barcelona conceded 3 goals from Chelsea, Villarreal 4 from Borussia Dortmund).

*Before the game, Greece was the country where Real Madrid has played the most official matches, without winning a single one: 6 draws and 3 losses in their 9 matches on Greek soil (including two games of the 1971 Cup Winners' Cup final against Chelsea).

*Real Madrid have finally achieved their first away win against Olympiacos in their 5th attempt in the UCL. 
Only Milan never allowed them to win at own pitch in more games in the competition (7 matches played at San Siro: 2 draws, 5 Milan’s wins). 

*Vinícius, with 2 assists to Mbappe in the game, has extended his assist tally in the last 5 Champions League seasons to 22: almost twice more than any other player in the competition over this period (next are Raphinha 13, Kevin De Bruyne 12, Leroy Sané 11).

*Ayoub El Kaabi’s goal for Olympiacos made him the top Moroccan scorer in the history of European club competitions (25 goals) ahead of Youssef En-Nesyri (24).

Copenhagen vs Kairat 3-2

*Kairat’s Dastan Satpaev became the first Kazakh goal-scorer in the Champions League.
Kazakhstan is the 108th nation with scorers in the competition.

*Of all the first scorers of each of these 108 nationalities, Satpaev is the youngest (17 years 106 days). He surpassed Pascal Feindouno, first Guinean goal-scorer in the Champions League at the age of 18 years 206 days.

*Satpaev became also the 3rd youngest goal-scorer in the UCL history, behind Ansu Fati (17 years 40 days) and Lamine Yamal (17 years 68 days).

Pafos vs Monaco 2-2

*Pafos' David Luiz became the second-oldest (aged 38 years 218 days) player to score a Champions League goal, behind only Pepe for Porto vs Shakhtar Donetsk in December 2023 (40-290). 

*David Luiz's goal is the first in this season's Champions League by a player born in the 1980s (1987) against a goalkeeper born in the 1980s (Lukás Hrádecky, 1989). 

Eintracht Frankfurt vs Atalanta 0-3

*Eintracht failed to win and to score in their last 5 games against Italian opponents (1 draw, 4 losses). 

Sporting Lisbon vs Club Brugge 3-0

*18-year-old Sporting’s winger Geovany Quenda both scored and assisted in his already second UCL game this season. He did so in his side's 4-1 win against Kairat in September, too.
