Nazim Aliyev holds the record for the number of goals (183) scored in the Azerbaijan League since its inception in 1992.
He is 68 goals ahead of his closest follower, Mushfiq Huseynov.
In total, 10 players have reached 100 goals. All of them have finished their careers. All are native players.
Some of the clubs mentioned in the table changed their names. Khazar Sumqayit was also FC Sumqayit and Kimyachi Sumqayit, Inter Baku was Khazar Universiteti at the early stage of existence, Fahlasi took also the names ANS-Pivani and Nijat Mashtaga. For simplicity, we take only one (main) name regarding every club.
